Future Dryz Demo

Hi everyone! I hope y'all are doing well.

Busy busy busy! I often forget to make posts on here to keep everyone updated. I just don't find it to be the best platform to give news on the project (especially visuals). If you'd like to see more frequent updates for the project, you can follow me on: Twitter: @SkyePeenut Bluesky: @atmacinteractive.bsky.social Or you can join the discord server (link on game page)

I post monthly updates on there, whether it's remastered CGs, or just general talk about the project. All of that along with some spicy art!

I made a post on the Lyre page detailing progress on Lyre: DE and Dryz, which you can find here: https://atmac.itch.io/lyre/devlog/949288/lyre-de-progress-roadmap-future-dryz-de...

I'm just reposting everything about Dryz over here too.

My original plan was to finish Lyre: DE and then start work on Dryz, ensuring a quick release with now gap in between Lyre: DE being finished and Dryz releasing its first build.

My new plan (which I would like to stick to), is to release a small Demo for Dryz somewhere in-between the development of Lyre: DE (preferably when I have certain remade assets ready to be used in the Demo). It would be a short prologue to the story, showing off a certain scene I've been excited to put out for a very long time. It wouldn't be the length of a full chapter, but I feel it would be enough to get most of you hooked on what's to come. This demo will require some new assets to be made, along with the ones I'm already working on for Lyre's definitive edition, so I once again as for your patience.

Dryz is probably my most ambitious project to date. The amount of assets needed will be beyond what I'm used to. I'm going to execute my vision to the best of my abilities.

That's all I have to say at the moment. Everything that's been worked on so far is available on my Patreon or on Twitter/Bsky, with plenty more to come. I'll continue to update on those platforms, while trying to make a blog post here whenever I remember. Thank you for all your support and interest in the project.

I think for efficiency I would recommend having a few developers help you out! Thank you for creating this project!!

Take all the time you need to give it your best shot! I sure know I have more than 50 years until death by organ failure, so I won't be too hasty. Just, uh... politely, don't give a release date and move it, like, 4 times. Regardless, Lyre was a fantastical story and honestly got my invested a bit too deeply, so keep up the amazing work :3 (Excited for the political intrigue tbf, the writing speaks for itself so well. Regardless, enough glazing lol ^w^)
