Please read the text below, as it is very important to help fix any problems you may be experiencing.

I've made a patch for the game that fixes a few bugs, along with some typos. There was a bug where the character portraits would flash and I think I've managed to fix it.

However, there is a bug I've been seeing where the character portraits will appear when they shouldn't be. This is not something I've been able to replicate on my end and it usually happens when someone loads an old save.

The only way to fix something like this on your end is to delete all of your old saves and if that doesn't work, delete all previous version of Lyre.

Also, I've tried to fix the problem with the .exe icon, but I'm not sure if the problem will still persist.

If you download the game and Windows Defender warns you about a trojan, tell Windows Defender to ignore it. This is a relatively common bug with and RenPY game that uses a .icon file for logos. It has something to do with Windows Defender detecting an unfamiliar form of Python code and seeing it as a threat.

If there are any more issues, I'll do my best to help in the discord chat, but a lot of these bugs have to do with using old saves. So again, please delete any old saves, as they conflict with the new code.
